Job Description Front Desk Coordinator – Alpha Massage & Wellness
Alpha Massage & Wellness is seeking a professional, organized, and guest-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our luxury wellness team. Saturday: 10 AM - 7 PM
Sunday: 10 AM - 7 PM
18-$20 per hour based on experience and fit
Answer phone calls, texts, and booking inquiries promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
Coordinate with therapists and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Vacuum and help maintain cleanliness throughout the spa
Clean and maintain bathrooms throughout the shift
Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous front desk, hospitality, spa, or customer service experience preferred
