Bistro Evening Server/Bartender

Job Summary Bala Golf Club is seeking a welcoming, attentive, and energetic Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests, ensuring high standards of service in our clubhouse dining areas and private event spaces.

Member & Guest Service: Greet members and guests warmly, present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations on food and beverage selections.

Order Accuracy: Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system and communicate special dietary requests clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.

Timely Delivery: Ensure efficient and seamless delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to tables with proper etiquette and attention to detail.

Collaboration: Work closely with hosts, busser/support staff, kitchen teams, and banquet management to ensure smooth daily operations and successful events.

Experience: Previous experience as a server or food runner in a restaurant, country club, or hospitality environment is preferred.

Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong passion for hospitality and member satisfaction.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed by club operations.
