Inventory and Accounting Bookkeeper

Hourly pay range 30.00-40.00
We are an independent Tire and Automotive Service seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our financials accurate and organized.
Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare month-end closing reports
- Process Payroll and assist with benefit tracking (experience with ADP a plus)
- Track Inventory-related financials
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheet and income statements, assist with budgeting, and provide reporting to management
- Work closely with external CPA for tax preparation and year end filings
- Other duties upon request to maintain office
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (automotive industry a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting
- Integrity, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information
