Onboarding Specialist / Office Administrator

Description About the Role DTK Facility Services is looking for a bilingual Office Administrator to support our Dallas operations. This role will assist with new hire onboarding, applicants, employee support, payroll administration, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and enjoys helping people. Because you'll work closely with our employee population and internal teams, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Manage incoming applicants and assist with the hiring process.

Coordinate with managers and HR to ensure new hires are prepared for their start date.

Employee & Office Support Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors.

Assist employees with routine questions and direct them to the appropriate HR resource when needed.

Help resolve employee concerns and coordinate with HR or management as appropriate.

Perform general administrative and office support duties.

Payroll & Compliance Manage distribution of pay cards and payroll checks, when applicable.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Follow DTK policies and established HR procedures.

This position works independently in a smaller office environment and is responsible for ensuring the office is open and ready for business at the scheduled start time each morning.

Requirements What We're Looking For Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented.

Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in HR, recruiting, office administration, or a similar role is preferred.

Familiarity with Paylocity or other HR systems is a plus.

Familiarity with employment laws, I-9 compliance, and HR practices is a plus.
