CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Quality Inspector candidates in the Wilmington, MA area. Looking for FIRST SHIFT? Pay Rate: $20-$27 The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing basic inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications. This entry-level position is focused on following company procedures, recording inspection data, and identifying potential non-conformances.

Conduct basic visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.

Maintain a positive and professional presence while representing quality assurance with production teams.

Document inspection results and any defects or non-conformances identified.

Follow company procedures to perform routine quality checks.

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus but not required.

Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring devices, such as calipers and micrometers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to enter data accurately and consistently.
