Remote- Systems Engineering -

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree. Agile experience preferred.

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.As a systems engineer for CWL, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the system engineering and functional design of the system under development, addressing topics such as payload integration, weapon launch interlocks, weapon simulation, message exchanges, user interfaces, and cybersecurity. As a member of the system engineering team, the candidate will help ensure functional and technical specifications and standards are complete and accurate, delivered as required to support customer review and approval, to support system development and test.
S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering degree from an accredited engineering school
At least 5 years of experience in a systems engineering role, preferably defense related
Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering concepts
Experience developing system design and writing technical requirements including requirements derived from external sources (e.g., electrical interface specifications)
Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
Creative thinker with ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
Flexible schedules with every other Friday off work, if desired (9/80 schedule)
