Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

Kforce has a client in Sunrise, FL that is seeking a Recruiter to work 3 days a week onsite.Summary:We are seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join a specialized talent acquisition team supporting a large, global financial services organization. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who has experience working in a structured, fast-paced, and compliance-focused environment. You will partner with hiring leaders, legal stakeholders, and talent acquisition colleagues to support recruiting activities while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes.Manage recruiting activities across assigned requisitions
Conduct candidate screens and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Monitor recruiting timelines, documentation, and key milestones
Identify potential compliance, documentation, or process risks
Maintain accurate and audit-ready recruiting records
Support reporting, tracking, and continuous process improvement
2+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or Recruitment Operations experience
Experience with ATS and recruiting systems preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
