HR/Recruiting Generalist

Job Title

Plan and direct a Civilian Human Resources Service Center which provides civilian personnel services.

Ensure effective internal controls are in place and functioning so government resources are managed properly and in line with all required guidance.

Work with senior leaders to create operational plans and provide authoritative guidance to support civilian personnel responsibilities.

Collaborate with Regional Processing, Army Benefits Centers, and other support organizations to deliver employee services, resolve complex processing issues, and advise leaders on ways to improve operations and strengthen civilian HR programs.

Advise senior commanders on complex federal civilian staffing rules, recruitment and placement policies, and merit system principles that impact large, multi-mission organizations.

Execute strategic hiring plans to forecast workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and fulfill critical mission requirements.

Prepare special or recurring human resources reports and briefings to evaluate program effectiveness and guide senior leadership in decision making.

Analyze hiring metrics and workforce trends to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvements to optimize talent acquisition.
