Overview HealthPro Heritage has a great part-time Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity near Hermosa Beach, CA
Split position between two wonderful facilities located in Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach
Hours: 10-15 hours per week
Compensation: $55-$58 per hour
Setting for Redondo Beach: Outpatient Therapy program inside of an Assisted/Independent Living facility.
Setting for Hermosa Beach: Highly-rated and beautiful Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Short-term stay facility.

Responsibilities Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
