Delilah Miami is seeking a Food Runner to play a key role in maintaining smooth kitchen-to-table service and upholding food quality standards. Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen.
Organize and expedite food orders in the kitchen
Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing.
Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in cleaning.
Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff (e.g., when a customer has a particular request)

Must have a valid and current FL Food Handlers Certification
Proven experience as food runner, expo, or other restaurant position.
Understanding of health and safety rules in a restaurant.
Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils.
A customer-oriented approach.
Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.
