Remote Mental Health LCSW

Clear Horizons Mental Health Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team, operating primarily in a remote capacity within a Hospice Center setting. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, with opportunities for professional growth and development as you contribute to improving the lives of our clients.

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while engaging with our hospice center professionals and clients through virtual platforms. As an LCSW, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to provide supportive and impactful services. We utilize a range of technology-driven solutions to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Clear Horizons, your daily responsibilities will include:

Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring interventions to meet the specific requirements of each child and family.
Monitoring and reporting on developmental outcomes and milestones, ensuring families receive the appropriate level of support.
Providing ongoing emotional support and resource guidance to families, empowering them to advocate for their child's development.
Adapting to various learning styles of children and employing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
Utilizing coaching models to teach families effective strategies for enhancing their child's communication and emotional well-being.
Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations regarding social work practices.
In this role, you will primarily serve families of children with disabilities or developmental delays, particularly focusing on infants and toddlers. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping these children develop essential skills during critical early years, encompassing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development. The support you provide will have a lasting impact, contributing to the overall improvement of the children's quality of life and integration into their communities.
A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
Current LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.
A valid driver's license for potential on-site evaluations.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with children, families, and team members.
A minimum of one year of experience working in early intervention programs or related settings.
Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices and strategies tailored for children with diverse learning needs.
Bilingual capabilities, which can enhance communication with a broader client base and promote inclusivity.
