Mental Pathway Counseling and Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time remote professional in an engaging school environment. This position is fully remote, allowing greater flexibility while working closely with educational institutions and their respective stakeholders. You will communicate with school staff, parents, and community service providers to create an integrated support system for your clients. • Plan, coordinate, and implement supportive interventions to assist clients in addressing their personal challenges and building resilience against dependencies.
• Conduct thorough assessments through interviews with service users, gaining insight into their emotional and psychological situations, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at measurable outcomes, focusing on each case's unique dynamics.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress over time, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure evolving needs are met.
• Provide information and guidance on actionable steps during therapy sessions based on current best practices.
• Maintain meticulous records documenting client interactions and progress updates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in case conferences, and if required, provide factual evidence in legal settings to advocate for the best interests of clients.
• Establish strong working relationships with multidisciplinary teams, acting as a key worker to facilitate holistic care.
• Refer clients to community resources that foster recovery and support their journey toward mental well-being.

This role primarily focuses on working with students from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique challenges related to mental health, behavior, and emotional regulation. You will be a critical support for individuals navigating academic pressures, social dynamics, and personal adversities, helping them develop the tools they need to thrive in their educational environments.

• A valid LCSW license and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW), Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in social work, specifically in educational settings or child and adolescent services.
• In-depth knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, social perceptiveness, and empathy toward diverse populations.
• Ability to establish rapport and foster professional relationships with clients, their families, and school personnel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure, with an aptitude for assessing complex situations.
• Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the employment process.

• Prior experience working within school systems or with youth-focused community programs.
• A solid understanding of educational policies and the dynamics affecting students from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms designed for counseling and teletherapy.

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
