Otolaryngology - Full Time - Physician

Diagnosing and treating infections of the ears, nose, throat, larynx, and sinuses by providing patient care at MHealth Fairview Maple Grove Clinic. Surgical Interventions: Performing general otolaryngology surgeries, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies.Working with audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and primary care providers to manage patient outcomes.Qualifications:MD, DO, or equivalent from a recognized medical schoolPrevious residency and subspecialty fellowship trainingLicensed, or ability to obtain medical license and DEA, in the State of Minnesota, and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privilegesAbility to receive work authorization in the United States from the U.Citizenship and Immigration Services and maintain legal status according to the requirements of VISA category while in the United States M Health and Clinical Partnerships:Providers practice at affiliated locations under the M Health Fairview shared care delivery system.
