Palletizer Operator - Midnights

Palletizer Operator Job Description Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional®. You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. Monitor palletizer equipment during operation to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient performance

Assist with equipment set‑ups and changeovers according to production schedules

clearing jams, resetting equipment, adjusting guides)

Engage in activities that support normal operation conditions (e.g., Load pallets, slip sheets, and other materials as required for production runs

Conduct routine checks to verify pallet patterns, stack quality, and product stability

Communicate equipment issues or repeated stoppages to leads, maintenance, or supervisors

Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all time

Maintain a clean and organized work area around palletizing equipment

Ownership: Acts as an owner of equipment, outcomes, team and personal results

Holds self and peers accountable to safety, standards, and performance.

Uses data and root cause thinking to drive sustainable solutions.

Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States

• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
• One year manufacturing/ industrial experience or equivalent Military education/training

Forklift experience

No Written Warning (Level 2) or above within the year prior to the expiration date of the posting. An employee’s receipt of a Written Warning (Level 2) or above at any time from the posting expiration date to the date the employee transitions into the new role, will deem the employee ineligible for the promotion.

S tarting Hourly Wage: $20.68 USD

This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
