Lead the development and coordination of construction documents across multiple projects

Partner closely with project architects and project managers to bring design concepts into technical execution

Manage project documentation from early design through permitting and construction phases

Ensure alignment with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum

Contribute to BIM modeling efforts and maintain accuracy across design documentation

Balance multiple project timelines and priorities in a dynamic, multi-project environment

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field preferred

Approximately 5 or more years of experience in architectural project delivery

Background in commercial, retail, or multi-site project environments is highly valued

Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and building systems

Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM coordination workflowsWorking knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction administration

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Work on impactful, design-driven commercial projects with real-world visibility

Exposure to a wide range of project types and development phases
