Paralegal (Court Services)

Insight Global is hiring a Probate Paralegal for one of its legal services clients. This individual will support attorneys throughout the probate process, managing a docket of approximately 20-25 active matters while serving as a key point of contact for clients, courts, and judicial staff.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Prepare, review, and file probate petitions, motions, pleadings, wills, and related legal documents.

Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation.

Coordinate with courts, judicial assistants, and other legal professionals regarding hearings, filings, and case updates.

Prepare hearing materials and assist with hearing management and scheduling.

Track deadlines, filings, and case milestones to ensure compliance with court requirements.

Assist with billing processes and case management activities.

Utilize Clio and Microsoft Office tools to maintain case records and documentation.

Experience preparing and filing probate-related motions, pleadings, and court documents.

Proficiency with Clio or similar legal case management software.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
