As part of our mission to be the most guest-centric automotive retailer, the Receptionist serves as the first impression of our brand and is a critical part of the guest experience. This role is far more than a traditional front desk position. Welcome and assist all walk-in guests with professionalism, warmth, and urgency

Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and direct guests efficiently to the appropriate department or team member

Support administrative and clerical duties that contribute to daily operational excellence

Maintain the front reception area as a polished reflection of our flagship facility

Flexible approach to responsibilities and willingness to support multiple areas of the operation

Strong computer and phone proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

Flexible schedule, including late shifts

Must be at least 18 years old
