The Receptionist at JÜV sets the tone for the entire experience — warm, organized, and polished. You'll manage the front desk, handle scheduling, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly
Support providers and administrative staff as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
Prior experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or a spa/medical office preferred
Comfortable with scheduling systems (Boulevard experience is a plus) and basic computer skills
Interest in wellness, skincare, or aesthetics is a plus
Full-time. Weekday and weekend availability required.
