Private Duty Nurse Needed!!!

Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) 1:1 Adult Home Care

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes. You'll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting. Whether you prefer the energy of pediatric care or the reward of working with adults, we have a patient who needs your skills.

Adult Spinal Cord/TBI Rehab

Adult client recovering from a 2020 motor vehicle accident (C1 ASIA-C SCI and TBI).

Clinical Needs: Neurogenic bladder management (intermittent straight cath), UTI monitoring, ADL support, and mobility assistance (ambulates short distances with a walker).

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Days) // 7:00PM - 7:00AM (Nights) Every Day

Kalamazoo Opening (Adult)

Compassionate Adult Care

Patient: 69-year-old female (Quadriplegic).

There is always a nurse and an aide working together.

~ Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)

Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs

Communicate with families and care teams

Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

Full-time and part-time shifts available

Day, night, and weekend shifts

Weekly pay + optional daily pay

1:1 Patient Care Flexible scheduling Paid training and shadow shifts 24/7 clinical support Career advancement opportunities Health benefits and Sick Time for eligible employees

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan

Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)

Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)

Pediatrics (birth21 years)

Adults with complex medical needs
