Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments to create tailored rehabilitation plans
Administer targeted physical therapy solutions emphasizing mobility, strength, and overall function
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, and case managers to enhance patient outcomes
Guide patients and families through therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise regimens

Education
