Controls Project Manager

We have been delivering reliable design of complex electrical systems for over 20 years and are a pioneer in the development of engineering and controls automation.

Job Type : Full-Time +, Exempt

Manage multiple projects with varying team members

Work with Clients, Business Development Staff, Managers and Engineers to coordinate project designs

Prepare management reports for internal and external use

Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules and personnel

Coordinate and manage Computer Aided Drafting and engineering quality control

Coordinate and oversee design and quality control of system enclosure, communications, Point to Point Wiring and related diagram and schematics

Coordinate and manage Integrators, Controls Designers with control wiring, communication and control concepts

Manage and assist personnel to utilize basic engineering principles and practical design solutions.

Manage and oversee development and review of custom designs and automation sequences

Coordinate and communicate with clients on equipment deliveries, field work, startups, pre-commissioning, commissioning, training and witness test efforts

Attend training as requested to further enhance your duties

Perform financial and invoicing review with accounting team on a regular basis

Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to work accurately, execute projects with a high level of success, and maintain attention to detail

Excellent computer knowledge and advanced skills using CAD and Microsoft Office applications are required

BS in Engineering, Engineering Management, or a similar discipline (preferred)

Experience with REVIT is an advantage

PMP Certification Preferred, but not required

Travel:

Occasional overnight stays and local day travel may be necessary. You will be responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the office and job sites. The expenses incurred traveling to and from the office are excluded from reimbursement.
