Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10AM - 2PM
Pay: $18 per hour
Maintain office building, or other commercial building in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on job site assigned to.
Operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable).
Cleans and polishes furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures .
Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift.
Maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
Proficiency in English will enhance your ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and clients, ensuring smooth operations.
Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required.
Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
