Department: Residential DepartmentClassification: Salaried, ExemptReports To: Director of NursingIntroductionThe Residential Registered Nurse / MAP Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant healthcare services across the Residential Department at CRC. This position provides oversight in:Healthcare quality assuranceCase managementClinical consultationThis role serves as a key resource for staff, families, and individuals supported by the organization and is responsible for:Coordinating Medication Administration Program (MAP) training and complianceManaging MOR documentationEnsuring regulatory adherence according to DDS and DPH standardsThe position drives continuous quality improvement by auditing nursing practices, supporting staff development, and ensuring medical policies align with best practices and state/federal requirements.
