Oncology Registered Nurse
Outpatient Clinic (No Weekends/Holidays)
We are seeking an Infusion Nurse to join our growing outpatient team. This role combines hands-on patient care with clinical oversight responsibilities, ensuring high-quality infusion services while supporting operational excellence.
You'll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional care.
Clinical Operations & Oversight

Oversee daily clinical nursing operations for infusion and support services
Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and regulatory standards
Assist in the development, review, and revision of clinical policies and procedures
Maintain accurate nursing personnel records
Ensure adequate staffing coverage across clinics while managing labor costs
Coordinate schedules including PTO, sick time, and overtime in alignment with labor guidelines
Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of nursing staff
Step in to support direct patient care and infusion services as needed
Quality & Patient Experience

Monitor patient satisfaction and quality assurance metrics
Promote best practices aligned with organizational objectives and patient care standards
Ensure proper charge capture and coding practices, including staff education on reimbursement guidelines
Active New York RN license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related field
Experience in infusion nursing, outpatient care, or clinical settings
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and patient care delivery
Experience in infusion therapy and/or clinical research
Familiarity with reimbursement guidelines, coding, and compliance
Outpatient/office-based clinical setting

• 4 weeks PTO + 2 floating holidays
• Tuition reimbursement (up to $3,000 annually)
• This is a Permanent position based out of Albany, NY.
