Rastegar Property Company is a rapidly growing real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, developing, and managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. As our portfolio and litigation needs continue to grow, we are expanding our in-house legal team.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Project Manager to support our legal operations and keep all legal matters running with clarity, precision, and urgency. You will serve as the operational link between attorneys, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.This role requires someone who excels at managing competing priorities, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can bring structure and follow-through to complex legal workflows.
You will manage the day-to-day movement of legal matters across the company , including:
Project and Workflow Management
Coordinate and track legal projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare supporting documents, coordinate filings, and ensure timely submissions.
Review, organize, and maintain legal files, case materials, and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Investor Relations, Development, etc.) to align legal needs with business goals.
Assist with legal research, data gathering, and project preparation.
5+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal roles, or legal project management.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures, filings, timelines, and documentation.
- Experience coordinating with attorneys in litigation, real estate, corporate, or related areas.
- Ability to work independently and move projects forward with minimal oversight.
- Comfort using technology, systems, and digital tools.
