MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Completion of a EMT Intermediate program and acceptance for licensure in the state of employ

One year related experience preferred

Valid Driver's License

State of Ohio Advanced EMT Certification

CPR (Health Care Provider minimum) certification.

One year of driving preferred (with a clean driving record)
