Bellecour, Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced bakery and café in Minneapolis' North Loop, is looking for a Morning Pastry Prep Cook & Baker to:

Efficiently complete daily bake off & prep lists

Adhere to health and sanitation requirements

We are looking for a Morning Pastry Prep Cook & Baker who has:

Comfortable in an open kitchen environment

Ability to work independently while also actively supporting other team members throughout the restaurant

Fine dining or upscale restaurant/bakery experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Morning & weekend availability

Shift start: Conversational English vocabulary

Must have a reliable smartphone capable of downloading and running the Opsi app to access daily prep lists and recipes

Paid Time Off (PTO), in accordance with Minnesota's Earned Sick and Safe Time law, is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.

Employer-subsidized health, dental, accident, life, and short term disability insurance plans are available to Full-Time employees (30+ hours worked per week) after 90 days of employment.

A 401(k) retirement plan with company matching is available to Full-Time employees after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked and to Part-Time employees after two consecutive years of service and at least 500 hours worked per year.
