What You Will Learn: Most of our recruiters have never done this before, so we train you from the ground up. During your training, you will learn the following: How to look at a technical job description and determine what the client is looking forHow to find qualified candidates via our database and various job boardsHow to draft emails and text messages to generate a response from job seekersHow to leave a voicemail that sparks interest and gets a candidate to call you backHow to conduct a phone interview with a candidate to get a better understanding of their experience and determine whether it aligns with your job openingsHow to build a pipeline and grow your network so you can fill jobs fasterHow to negotiate salary and hourly ratesHow to schedule interviews and extend job offers Typical Day: Perform full life-cycle recruitment functions including screening, interviewing, negotiating rates, reference checks, placement and termination of candidates/employeesDevelop relationships with managers to understand business and hiring needsIdentify and attract both active and passive candidates by warm calling, job boards, referrals, and professional social networking sitesNegotiated salary and hourly rates as well as closing of candidatesContinuously build a network of skilled professionalsMaintained relationships with current and past contractors and candidates What we are looking for: Competitive and motivated individuals who are looking for a career in recruiting and salesOutgoing personalities who aren't afraid to make mistakes and ask questions The Good Stuff: Uncapped commission – The more people you help get a job, the more money you make!No prior experience as we offer paid trainingGreat culture – work alongside other sales minded individuals in a friendly, team-oriented environmentWeekly Pay – Direct deposit every FridayEarly Out Fridays - When your team reaches profit goals, you can leave Fridays as early as 2pm!Remote Day – You can earn a work from home day weekly – Pick whatever day you like!Promote from within organization – everyone starts in the recruiter role, then can advance into senior, management, or outside sales rolesBreakfast Fridays – company brings in breakfast every Friday!Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pmNo cold calling, door knocking, or traveling requiredFast paced, high volume recruiting where the days fly by Benefits: We offer valuable, competitive and affordable benefit options!
