Electronics Design Architect

Renesas Electronics, a leading global semiconductor company, is rapidly scaling its AI-focused power delivery business. Products include high-performance digital power VRMs, multiphase controllers, Smart Power Stages (SPS), Vertical Power Stages (SPS with integrated capacitors and multiple silicon die), Power Towers (power modules integrating multiple SPS-equivalents with capacitors and inductors), and power MOSFETs.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineering, to integrate power modules into larger electrical systems and align on thermal and power requirements. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives. * Assess the suitability of existing materials for customer samples.

Ensure proper governance through NPI planning gates and readiness reviews.

Product Line Management, Design Engineering, Quality, Packaging team, Internal and External manufacturing teams

Escalate critical issues with data‑driven recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required (Master’s degree preferred).
