Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding service to existing clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Review client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, account rounding, and lead follow-up
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the agency's existing client base
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
Build long-term relationships that promote client retention and agency growth
Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals

Requirements:
Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Ability to confidently recommend products and ask for the sale
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
