$HealthPro Pediatrics is growing our Hampton & Newport News ABA teams and we're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment to join us!

Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. We believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment—not one-size-fits-all programming. Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

90,000-$110,000/year (between yearly salary + monthly performance bonuses)

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
• Monday-Friday schedule with sessions typically ending by 6:00 PM

Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback

Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills

Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility)

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
