BCBA needed for a Full Time Position

Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum in Ohio and New Jersey. We offer services in homes, schools, and our ABA centers in Beachwood and Columbus, Ohio.
Looking to hire a full time BCBA for our BCBA Center as well as hybrid.
Hourly or salary positions
Paid Holidays
Health Insurance, Dental Insurance and Vision Insurance
No evening or weekends required
Limited travel for in-home services
Hybrid supporting home, virtual and daycares/ early learning centers
Monday – Friday
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst you will:
Conduct functional and skill-based ABA assessments including VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.
Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation
Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs
Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
Experience creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)
