ABA Behavior Interventionist (part-time & full-time)

Behavior Interventionist - Empowerment Specialist

At 360 Behavioral Health, we give you the opportunity to
children and teens with developmental disabilities.

Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/per hour, based on experience and education
* Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per
Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on
Hiring Bonus

* $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6
600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6
2/hour for weekend shifts
* +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:00pm - 8:00pm

Saturdays between the hours of 9:00am -2:00pm (Optional)

High school diploma or equivalent

• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
• As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower

1:1 Client Support - Work directly with children and teens with Autism and
other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD,
Implement ABA Treatment Plans - Follow individualized plans under BCBA
supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve
quality of life.
* Provide Consistent Therapy - Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours
Track Progress - Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next
Foster Learning and Growth - Use structured activities and interactive
approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
