Generating top-of-funnel talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and inbound candidates.

• Partnering closely with hiring managers, providing market insight, and helping improve recruiting processes.
• We hire quickly and selectively.
• Recruiting is viewed as one of the most important functions in the company, offering:
• Ideally 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting technical talent.
• A high degree of ownership, accountability, and personal standards.
• Presence, energy, and the ability to build genuine relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
