Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
Provide inpatient management for complex cardiac surgery patients, including CABG, valve repair/replacement, and aortic surgeries
Manage arrhythmias, pacemakers, volume status, electrolyte abnormalities, and infection surveillance
Perform wound care, chest tube management, and removal of surgical drains
Coordinate care, discharge planning, and recognize clinical deterioration for timely escalation
Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary team members to deliver excellent patient care
Valid Missouri RN or PA license; At least 2 years of experience managing cardiac surgery patients, with trauma level I experience preferred
This is a high-acuity Cardiac Surgery Stepdown unit with a patient census of 12-22 adults, primarily post-operative cardiac patients. You'll work alongside cardiac surgeons and hospitalists, supporting patient care with proficiency in admitting, discharging, and managing complex surgical cases. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a reputable healthcare facility.
