Material Handler - Warehousing and Supply Chain

Neurogene is developing novel approaches and treatments to address the limitations of conventional gene therapy in central nervous system disorders. This includes selecting a delivery approach to maximize distribution to target tissues and designing products to maximize potency and purity for an optimized efficacy and safety profile. The Company's novel and proprietary EXACT transgene regulation platform technology allows for the delivery of therapeutic levels while limiting transgene toxicity associated with conventional gene therapy. Neurogene has constructed a state-of-the-art gene therapy manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. CGMP production of NGN-401 was conducted in this facility and will support pivotal clinical development activities. Minimum 2 years of warehousing or related supply chain experience - Experience in GMP environment a plus

The role of the Supply Chain Material Handler position will be shipping, receiving, stocking, handling, and distributing materials at Neurogene. This position will help maintain an uninterrupted supply of raw materials by ensuring the warehouse and other storage locations are kept in an organized and accurate state of control.
Shipping, receiving, stocking, distributing, and performing administrative tasks.

• Completion of warehouse transactions using inventory control software application.
• Periodic inventory of warehouse stock.
• Support all departments with distributing materials (kitting if needed).
• Ensure proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements.
• Follow quality and safety SOPs and instructions.
• May be asked to perform various activities such as keeping work areas and equipment clean, etc.

Safety Knowledgeable and complies with all pertinent safety SOPs, policies, rules, and regulations.
Quality Responsibility
• Responsible for notifying responsible management in a timely manner of regulatory inspections, serious GMP deficiencies, product defects, and related actions (e.g., quality related complaints, recalls, regulatory actions, etc.).
Scope Performing supply chain tasks (shipping, receiving, stocking, handling, and distribution of materials) by following SOP's and guidelines according to GMP requirements and departments need.
Education • High School Diploma or relevant job experience required
Experience • Minimum 2 years of warehousing or related supply chain experience
• Working with a forklift a plus

Forklift license a plus
Good basic computer skills
