Full-Time Attorney

We are a plaintiff-side employment law firm seeking a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Attorney with a commitment to excellence and getting results to join our team of advocates. The ideal candidate would be a few years out of law school, know how to balance compassion and diligence, thrive in both collaborative and independent efforts, possess confidence and is seeking to grow as an excellent litigator. We are also willing to train a recent graduate who has passed the California Bar.

Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to training, skill sets, education, licensure and certifications, practice area, market data, internal equity and experience. Drafting pleadings and motions

Deposition and mediation training will be provided as you progress.

Strong background in legal research with high marks in legal writing course

Effective planning, problem solving, and analytical skills

Prior experience with class action and wage and hour litigation is a plus
