Training is available for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment, including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders.
Make machine adjustments and monitor product quality throughout production runs.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and maintain efficient production.
Strong attention to quality and detail.
Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment is beneficial.
Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
