Account Manager / Client Services Representative
America's Choice Insurance Partners is a full-service insurance agency that stands apart from the crowd. We are the trusted advisors to the individuals and families throughout 33 states that have a passion for the recreation and outdoor lifestyle.
We are hiring an Account Manager / Client Services Representative. America's Choice welcomes recent college graduates as well as experienced professionals looking to grow in a new career. We are committed to your success and provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in the role.
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, delivering exceptional service and support
Handle inbound client calls, emails, and service requests related to policies, billing, and account updates
Manage policy updates, vehicle changes, auto-pay adjustments, renewals, and coverage inquiries
Document all client interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requests
Support agency goals by contributing to revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products
Prior experience in an administrative and or customer support role managing client accounts, insurance operations, or customer service environments preferred
Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and web-based software solutions
Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory requirements is a plus
Time Management: Effectively prioritizes tasks and adapt as needs shift throughout the day.
Accurately documents information and follows through on every commitment.
Takes initiative, stay driven, and support the success of the team.
