What You'll Do Job Summary: The Human Resources (HR) Director is a senior-level leader responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of the organization’s overall business plan and strategic direction. This role oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Director acts as a strategic partner to the executive team and ensures an engaged, high-performing workforce.

Strategic Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.

Advise executive leadership on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational structure.

Talent Acquisition & Management Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments.

Improve talent pipelines, employer branding, and onboarding programs.

Lead succession planning and career development initiatives.

Employee Relations Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary actions.

Ensure consistent application of company policies and labor regulations.

Performance Management Lead the implementation of performance evaluation systems.

Partner with leaders to address performance gaps and promote employee development.

Use performance metrics to support decision-making.

Manage payroll coordination and employee wellness programs.

Create training strategies to upskill employees and strengthen leadership capabilities.

HR Compliance Ensure company compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Manage HR audits, reporting, and risk mitigation.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

HR Operations & Systems Optimize HR processes, HRIS tools, and data analytics.

Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights to leadership.

Improve workflow efficiency across the HR department.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

High emotional intelligence and integrity.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
