In this role, you will use your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to assess client needs, develop individualized behavioral support plans, supervise clinical implementation, and support positive outcomes for youth with developmental and intellectual disabilities.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented clinician who values collaboration, clinical excellence, and the opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership and behavioral support services to youth and families. You will assess behavioral needs, develop individualized intervention plans, train and supervise staff, and monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making.Identify and clearly define target behaviors.Design data collection systems that accurately measure behavior and treatment progress.Analyze behavioral data and modify interventions as clinically appropriate.Train staff and caregivers on the proper implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans.Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned staff.Complete and update Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans in the CYBER electronic health record on a quarterly basis.Participate in case reviews, treatment planning meetings, and quality improvement activities.Ensure services comply with organizational policies, applicable regulations, ethical standards, and best-practice guidelines.A successful BCBA at Owen Health Care:Completes assessments and treatment plans accurately and on time.Uses data to guide clinical decisions and improve client outcomes.Provides clear, practical training to staff and caregivers.Builds positive relationships with youth, families, and treatment team members.Promotes ethical, compassionate, and high-quality behavioral services.If you are a dedicated BCBA ready to lead, support, and make a lasting difference, we encourage you to apply today.
