"BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Oncology unit at Winter Haven Hospital. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient advocacy, and team development.

The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients.

Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts

Serve as charge nurse and preceptor

Communicate organizational priorities and unit goals

Active Florida RN license

Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Oncology experience or specialty certification

Shift: Days (Shift 1)

Shift Hours: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM

Weekend: Remote Work: Never
