Job Responsibilities

Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-backed methods to improve patients' motor capabilities, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work together with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Guide Patients and Their Families: Teach patients and caregivers about therapy strategies to facilitate continued progress at home.
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain focused on their goals.
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.
Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
