We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Title Clerk to join our team! Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership and is proficient in automotive accounting systems such as Tekion and webDEALER. The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
Process all registrations for new, retail, and leased vehicles
Verify, allocate, and post transactions into proper accounting journals
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Minimum of one year of experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
