The Akamai Platform IAM team is part of Akamai's Cloud Technology Group. We design and operate platforms enabling customers to control cloud assets. This team owns IAM toolsets for Cloud Manager website and APIs, and we ensure customers configure users for quality, safety, and performance.

You will join a global team delivering high-quality IAM architecture designs, working with management, engineers, product management, QE, and SRE. Evaluating proposed software systems and solutions against technical requirements

Developing and promoting common software and systems building blocks

Guiding choices between internal building and using third-party technologies

Have 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

Demonstrate a big picture approach to complex software architectures

Possess experience with cloud native architectures and products

Have experience with the software development life cycle using modern tools
