Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and that quality care is provided to all presenting for services. The BHC completes behavioral health assessments and service plans for all individuals admitted to their assigned program. The BHC documents provided services and coordinates discharges from CBI programs. The BHC coordinates care with family or other significant others.

Skills / Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.

Licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.

1-3 years full‑time health‑care related work experience, providing exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations.
