At Chico, our kitchens are the heartbeat of the property. From the high-energy Poolside Grille to our award-winning Main Dining Room, we do things right - scratch-made food, local produce, and global ingredients, all served with pride.
What You’ll Do: Keep things clean and moving—wash dishes, help with kitchen cleanliness, and keep the heart of the kitchen beating
Knock out daily side work and support the team during downtime
Maintain super high cleanliness and sanitation standards (we take this seriously)
Take initiative and pitch in wherever needed—we’re all in this together
Show up on time, stay sharp, and be ready to hustle
Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift
What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Willingness to learn and grow—we love to promote from within
Team player who takes pride in doing the job right
