Head of Project Management

Duration: 6-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support high-priority operational and strategic initiatives during a critical transition period. This role will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain alignment across stakeholders, and ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment while providing executive-level project support and communication.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, and project updates.

Produce recurring project status reports communicating progress, risks, priorities, and next steps.

Create and maintain project documentation, templates, and process materials to support consistency and knowledge transfer.

Support intake and triage processes by documenting requirements, clarifying scope, and coordinating project handoffs.

Assist with process improvement initiatives, workflow documentation, and implementation of operational efficiencies.

Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to support leadership decision-making.

Bachelor's degree required.

5+ years of project management experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Strong project planning, organization, documentation, and execution skills.

Experience managing project risks, dependencies, action items, and stakeholder communications.

Background supporting organizational change management efforts.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana.
