Receptionist/Office Assistant
Southland Holdings is currently accepting applications for an extremely dependable, highly detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant with exceptional people skills and a friendly and professional demeanor to be the first touch point for our clients, employees, and visitors.
Ability to speak Spanish is a REQUIREMENT.
Schedule meetings and set up conference rooms.
Ensure reception area is tidy and neat at all times.
Coordinate office activities and food luncheons, etc.
Hand out employee applications, answer application questions.
Ordering office supplies for lobby and office employees.
Responsible for assigning purchase orders and ordering office supplies.
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and data entry duties.
Ability to speak Spanish is a REQUIREMENT.
Position requires experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Prior experience of at least one year working in a receptionist role.
Ability to read, speak and write English is required.
Positive and upbeat demeanor which is clearly reflected in your telephone etiquette.
