HR Generalist
Pay Rate: $24 - $25/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (100% Onsite)
Assignment: 90-Day Contract with Potential for Temp-to-Hire
The HR Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department while partnering with plant leadership to maintain a positive, high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, benefits support, and policy compliance. Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and extending job offers.
Coordinate pre-employment screenings and prepare new hire documentation.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
Assist with employee relations matters and help resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Partner with leadership to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Process employment documentation, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Support additional HR projects and administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HRIS and talent management systems.
